HACHQ is a product of Colosl. This policy covers this marketing website and the Book a demo form. Use of a workspace is covered separately when that workspace is provided.
2. What you can send us
The demo form asks for your name and email address. You can also add an organisation and a message. It records that you accepted the terms and this policy. A request does not create an account or start a paid service.
3. Why we use it
Colosl uses these details to reply, arrange a demonstration, and follow up about HACHQ. We do not sell them.
4. Where the form goes
When demo booking is configured, Colosl sends the form as email through Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES). Amazon processes the message so it can be delivered to Colosl. If booking is not configured, the form does not send your details.
5. This website
This website does not use analytics cookies and does not ask you to create an account. Your browser may keep its own history of the pages you open.
6. Access, correction, and deletion
You can ask Colosl to correct or delete the details you sent by using the message on the Book a demo form. You do not need an account to make that request.
7. Changes
Colosl may update this policy as the site or the demo form changes. The effective date above is the version that applies when you submit the form.
